Introduction

Welcome to the Affiliate Program of 5FMEDIA for SaaS PRO U ("Company", "We", "Us"). These guidelines are designed to provide clarity and direction for our affiliates ("Affiliate", "You") regarding our program. We aim to facilitate a transparent and profitable partnership through which you can earn commissions by promoting our products, bundles, and memberships across your social media channels and networks.

Affiliate Registration

Registration: All affiliates must register through our official affiliate registration process. Approval is at the Company's discretion and may be based on certain criteria, such as the suitability of your platform for promoting our products.

Account Setup: Upon approval, you will receive access to an affiliate account to find your unique affiliate links and promotional materials and track your earnings.

Affiliate Commissions Commission Rates: Affiliates earn 20% to 40% on sales generated through their affiliate links. The rate is determined based on the type of product, ACCELERATOR program, or VIP membership sold depending on the current affiliate campaigns available. We currently pay 40% commission for SaaS PRO U products listed inside the CAMPAIGNS section of your affiliate login. Our VIP Business, PRO, and UNLIMITED are the most popular programs due to their bundles and discount options.

Restrictions: Purchasing products under your affiliate link for personal use or resale is strictly prohibited. Such actions will lead to immediate termination of the affiliate agreement.

Promotion and Usage: Promotional Activities: Affiliates are encouraged to promote their direct affiliate links on social media. They will also have access to marketing materials that can enhance promotional activities.

Appropriate Channels: Promotion should be conducted ethically and in accordance with the company's branding and promotional guidelines. Spamming or unethical marketing practices are strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the affiliate partnership.

Tracking and Payments: Sales Tracking: All sales generated by your affiliate link can be tracked within the company's affiliate portal. This transparency allows you to monitor your performance and optimize your promotional strategies.

Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, and all payments are processed through PayPal. Commissions for sales made in any given month are paid between the 15th and 22nd for the previous month. For example, commissions for sales made in January will be paid by February 15th - 22nds.

Tax Documentation: We require all affiliates to submit a W-9 (for U.S. residents) or Form W-8BEN (for non-U.S. residents) before making any payouts to ensure compliance with tax regulations.

No Cap/Cap on Earnings: The amount of commission an affiliate can earn is unlimited. The more sales you generate from any and all yearly plans, the more you earn. Unlimited No Cap includes ALL ACCESS PASS for SaaSPROU and the UNLIMITED ACCESS for DigitalCreatorPRO UNLIMITED ACCESS and CourseBuilderPRO UNLIMITED ACCESS yearly plans. Eventually, we will cap our VIP Private Program. 

Legal and ComplianceAdherence to Guidelines: Affiliates must ensure that all promotions comply with legal standards and social media platform rules regarding advertising and endorsements.

Disclosure: Affiliates must disclose their relationship with the Company in their promotions per FTC guidelines to maintain transparency with the audience.

Termination: 5FMEDIA reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship without prior notice for violating these guidelines or any behavior deemed harmful to the brand.
